Appointment Policies
** Conifer Medical Center will bill an after-hours charge for appointments on weekends.** -No show appointments will be charged a $50.00 fee. You must call 12 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Fees & Insurance
We provide quality medical care at reasonable cost and participate with most insurance plans. It is always best to verify your individual plan coverage BEFORE seeking treatment to avoid reduced or non- covered charges. We currently DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID PRIMARY OR SECONDARY. To accommodate our patients without insurance or high deductible insurance, we offer a 10% discount for charges paid in full at the time of service, including charges paid by credit card.
