Meet Our Staff
David Linn, MD
Dr. David Linn has been practicing medicine since 1985 in the 285 corridor. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with both his undergraduate and medical degrees. He completed his residency here in Colorado at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Fun Fact: David has volunteered as the football team physician for over ten years.
Roger Matthews, DO
Dr. Roger Matthews grew up on the Colorado front range, then attended the University of California at Davis for his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology. He subsequently moved to Chicago where he attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1997. He returned to Colorado for Family Medicine residency at the University of Colorado and joined Conifer Medical Center in 2000.
Fun Fact: Roger belongs to TWO DIFFERENT Search and Rescue Teams.
Christina Pinsinski, MD
Dr. Christina Pinsinski graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine. Dr. Pinsinski has been in practice at Conifer Medical Center since 2000 and served as chief resident of the University of Colorado Family Medicine Program at Swedish Hospital. Her focus is Women’s Health and Pediatrics/Adolescent Medicine.
Fun Fact: Dr. Pinsinski goes by Tina and enjoys hiking and working outside in her garden.
Robert Sarche, MD
Dr. Robert Sarche graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine.Dr. Sarche has been in practice at Conifer Medical Center since 2001. He completed a Foreign externship in the Dominican Republic in 1997 and served as chief resident of University of Colorado Family Medicine Program at Swedish Hospital. Dr. Sarche is part of the Clinical Faculty of University School of Medicine. He is also a recipient of the Drexelius Award and Tormohlen Award.
Fun Fact: Robert volunteers as a summer camp physician.
Andrea Weber, MD
Dr. Andrea Weber graduated from University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr. Weber has been in practice at Conifer Medical Center since August 2004. She is certified with the International Society for Clinical Densitometry and holds certification to interpret DEXA scans. Dr. Weber's focus is Preventative Medicine and she volunteers in the Tar Wars program, a prevention program for grade school children about the hazards of smoking.

Theodore “Teddy” Bross, MD
MD. Teddy Bross grew up in Ohio where he attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. He subsequently taught in the Ohio State chemistry labs as auxiliary faculty while also working as a backcountry guide in Wyoming for three years. He went back to medical school and attended the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, graduating in 2018. He moved to Colorado for Family Medicine Residency at St. Anthony North and joined Conifer Medical Center in 2021. MD. Bross has special interest in sports medicine, point-of-care ultrasound and integrative medicine.
Fun Fact: Teddy competes in ultramarathons, including trail races over 100 miles!

Dr. Jason Sims is from the Kansas City area. He got his undergraduate degree from Central Missouri University and subsequent osteopathic medical degree from Kansas City University. He completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Oklahoma State University prior to moving to Colorado in 2001. He practiced for 13 years in LaJunta, Colorado and then moved to Conifer in 2014. Dr. Sims enjoys an outdoor lifestyle to include hunting, fishing and hiking (even golf) in Colorado and Alaska. He is married with two children. Professionally he enjoys all aspects of family practice, seeing patients of any age.
Fun fact: Dr. Sims has participated in medical mission trips to Haiti since 2010.
Mark Cianfichi, DO

Dr. Mark Cianfichi grew up in Conifer. Prior to his career in medicine he was a middle school math teacher. He graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training in family medicine at the Swedish Family Medicine Residency Program at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO.
Ann Brown, PA-C
Ann Brown graduated from Red Rocks Community College PA Program in 2016. She also has a Master of Medical Science degree from St. Francis University. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Ann worked for 15 years as a Paramedic in both urban and rural settings. She is still a Nationally Registered and state certified Paramedic who volunteers with a local fire department.
Fun Fact: Ann has a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo.
Angela Hoeft, PA-C
Angela graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Psychology and University of Texas Pan American with a PA degree. Angela has been in practice at Conifer Medical Center since March 2011.
Fun Fact: Angela enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities with her boys.
Kaylyn VonGlahn, PA-C
Kaylyn graduated from University of Florida’s College of Medicine with a masters in science in Physician Assistant studies in 2011. Her prior experience includes hospital and emergency medicine before transitioning to family practice and urgent care in 2015. Kaylyn enjoys living in the mountains and loves to stay active by hiking or skiing with her two daughters.
Fun Fact: Kaylyn studied abroad in Costa Rica where she completed an environmental studies program.
Stephanie Gomolka, PA-C
Stephanie graduated with a BS in Nutrition and Hospitality from Drexel University and a MS in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University. Stephanie has experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. She is particularly interested in Infectious Disease treatment and prevention.
Fun Fact: In her free time she likes to hike, golf, garden and ski.
Shauna McWilliams, FNP-BC
Shauna McWilliams is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Conifer Medical Center in August 2018. Shauna graduated in 2015 with her Master of Nursing from the University of Colorado, and she previously attended the University of Northern Colorado for her bachelor’s degree. She has a special interest and background in allergy and asthma care.
Fun Fact: Shauna once took a 6-week camping road trip from Alaska to Colorado.
Sue Bradshaw FNP-BC

Sue Bradshaw is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in the mountain community since 2017. She graduated from Regis University with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2014, and she previously attended Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing for her bachelor’s degree. As a Nurse Practitioner she has experience working in family practice, urgent care, occupational medicine, and mental health. Prior to this work she was a bedside nurse at Swedish Medical Center for 10 years, working in the ER and ICU. She has a special interest in pediatrics, and loves taking care of families in the mountain areas.
Fun Fact: Sue has gardens, chickens, and honey bees.
